Grandmothers rock!! I have given birth three times, and lived through the dying of my son, Saul, brother to my daughters, Jenny and Eva, father and uncle to my grandchildren, Josh and Cara, husband to Greta, the love of his life.  Beyond The Change, I found a place to be me and a man who is glad to be mine.

Family History

I was born on 17.6.1948 in Perth, W. Australia. My father was known as Tom Clarke, screen writer* and son of an American crook, Herman Clarke and his third wife, a young English girl, May Carter, about whom little is known. My brother Simon, and half-sister, Amanda, have done quite a bit of research on our American ancestors. My mother, Diana Gordon, was a teacher of English to Foreign students, daughter of Alban Gordon, a barrister and business man, and Lilian Gordon, a suffragette. Simon's web site also includes pages on our Gordon ancestors.
* Here's a link to one of my dad's plays: Billion Dollar Bubble.
